**Shipping:**
- We use USPS Priority Service to ship within the 50 U.S. states.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories at this time.
- Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

-Receive a refund on shipping cost by picking merchandise up at the Libertyville Civic Center.

**Returns and Exchanges:**
- Due to our support of a non-profit organization, we offer a window of 14 days for returns or exchanges after your order has been delivered.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within the 14-day window to receive further instructions.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
